I bought the travel berkey to put in a cabin I own near the Flathead N.F. When we stay at the cabin there is only 2 of us and it does a good job of keeping up with the water we need. Our cabin is remote so this is a perfect solution because we have a creek less than a hundred yards away. We could probably get away with drinking the water without filtering it, but over the years a few in our area have become ill because of giardia. No use in taking a chance. The travel is sturdy and well built, should last forever hopefully.
