Customer service is very important to Berkey Filters and we will make every possible effort to keep you happy. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If the item was shipped for free, shipping charges incurred by us will be deducted from the refund. You will be responsible for return shipping charges, unless we made a mistake. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. If you wish to return an item within 30 days, simply call us for a return confirmation number prior to returning the package. Returns will not be accepted without a return confirmation number. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
